Office Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to become part of an expanding company, working in a fast-paced environment, providing critical support to various teams.

We are looking for someone to provide first-class administration support and help manage the workload of the following teams:

  • Technical: including tasks such as organising & preparing DGNs, SDS revisions (with supervision) course certificates, approval renewals, supporting QC functions and organising projects and coordinating customer responses as required etc.
  • Sales: including tasks such as helping organising courier & postage services, processing & organising web orders, helping prepare order documentation etc.
  • Marketing: including tasks such as searching for applicable tenders, preparing preliminary tender documentation, participating in tenders & awards as part of the wider team, preparing promotional material for sales teams, competitor research etc.
  • Wider company: ad-hoc projects as required.

It is essential that any applicant must be able to work flexibly, enjoy working on multiple projects within a day and be able to manage their priorities to ensure they can provide the best support to the Company.

Executive Assistant (EA/PA) to Managing Director

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to become part of a fast-paced environment, providing critical support to the owner & Managing Director of an expanding company.

We are looking for someone to provide full PA support including: organising and prioritising incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparing for meetings, minute taking, dictation and typing, diary management, screening meeting requests and telephone calls, organising international travel and supporting the Managing Director’s customer relationships.

The individual will be working closely with the Managing Director to understand current priorities and major issues, so as to provide first-class support and help manage the workload that comes with the Managing Director’s varied role. This position will also on occasion involve working and supporting the wider Management Team.

It is essential that any applicant must be able to work flexibly to ensure they are available to best support the Managing Director’s requirements.
